The 7th Annual Kalamazoo Bike Week was a success. The weather was generally good and attendance at the events was great.  Thank you to all event organizers and participants, volunteers and sponsors - we had great fun and are looking forward to our 8th Annual Bike Week!

Planning is well underway for Bike Week 2019 (May 11-18, 2019) -- and more than ever, will encompass events across Kalamazoo County.  To make a bike-related announcement or organize an event during Bike Week that you want to promote here, please contact Paul Selden at

Slow Roll to the Farmer's Market

Join us for a family friendly slow roll bike ride on Saturday May 14th. All bikes welcome. On Saturday May 14th we'll ride from Vine Neighborhood Association to the Kalamazoo Farmers' Market and back again. 

Help us build on the tremendous success of our first slow roll, which had over 80 bike riders including 40+ kids!. 

This family friendly all ages ride will be a slow cruise through our beautiful neighborhoods. We'll leave VNA (814 S Westnedge- meet behind the building) at 9:30am, and ride to Kalamazoo Farmers Market. After a short break to explore the market, we'll head back to the VNA at 11:00am. Riders are invited to check out the Shops on Vine neighborhood small businesses (which all open at 11am saturday) once they get back to Vine.
